Villa "Le Bolli" Tuscan vacation rental 12 double bedrooms with private bathrooms (up to 30 persons)
Villa "Le Bolli" is a huge, restored manor farmhouse located in 200 hectares of farm land 3 km from Radicondoli in the Province of Sienna, and 35 km from Sienna itself. There are 12 double bedrooms, plus additional beds, for a total of 30 persons, each with a private bathroom with shower and some of which have an open overhead gallery, thus with the possibility to add an extra bed. The villa is provided with a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms on the ground floor are accessible to wheelchairs and guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Next to the villa there is a terrace with panoramic views and a swimming pool. The villa itself is far from the road down a long drive way guaranteeeing your peace and quiet.
The farmhouse dates from the 1600's and was expanded in 1816. It was conservatively restored recently. The house is built completely of stone and is situated in a large park-garden with a swimming pool (135 sqm) and a jacuzzi. The property extends over 200 hectares, 12 of which are olive groves and pine forest, and there are numerous walking and bicycling tracks. The farm borders three nature reserves, and many important historical villages and towns are within an easy drive. There is a good beach at Folonica, 50 km away.
Open from Easter to 30 October every year.
Villa "Le Bolli" is ideally suited for wedding and other family celebrations, as well as for company and organisational incentives and retreats.

Payment conditions
We request a 40% deposit paid by bank transfer at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival in cash.
Price includes: car park, use of swimming pool, weekly linen change, hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking, firewood, television, billiards table.
Not included: telephone, gas for central heating (€4,50 per m³).
At Firenze Certosa take the Superstrada for Sienna. Exit at Colle Val d'Elsa and take the S.S. 541 for 25 Km in the direction of Grosseto - Massa Marittima. After 15 km turn to the right in the direction of Radicondoli and after about 10 km, turn again to the right for "Le Bolli".
From Grosseto and the south
From Grosseto, take the S.S.1 Aurelia in the direction of Massa Marittima - Roccastrada, and then continue in direction of Montieri. At Montieri, continue for 20 km in direction of Radicondoli-Colle Val d'EIsa until "Le Bolli".
